RETURNS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any non-perishable (non-food) product, please return the item in its original condition within 7 days from product receipt, and we will refund your credit card account for the entire amount, less shipping and handling charges. We cannot accept any returns on food or sale items. Please contact us to receive a RMA number before sending your return.

We only ship to the Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii & Canada.

For most orders the following shipping schedule is available:

Ground Shipping :         4-6 Business Days
Express Saver:              3-4 Business Days
2nd Day :                       2 Business Days
Standard Overnight:     Next Business Day Evening
Priority Overnight:        Next Business Day Morning (By 11.00 am  in most Cities)

Saturday Overnight: All orders shipped on Friday will be received by Saturday afternoon.

All orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders are processed and shipped the same day if received before 2 p.m. EST. Orders received after 2 p.m. EST are processed the same day but shipped the next business day. Orders received on weekends or Holidays would be processed the next business day. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays & Sundays. Preorder items will be shipped promptly upon receipt from the manufacturer.

PROMOTIONAL SHIPPING:
Refunds will be subject to restocking fee for all orders with multiple items purchased and those which fall under a promotional free shipping category. Your invoice will be re-rated to the original amount including shipping charges.

Shipping of an order could be delayed due to the following factors:

Non-Availability of product: If the order is delayed is due to non availability of product, you will be sent a notice to inform you about the delay and you will be given the choice to either keep your order on Hold till we receive the product or to select an alternate item.

Address Verification: We only ship to the addresses that are listed with your credit card company, if you are providing us an address to ship your product that is not listed with your credit card company; it is suggested to call them to get the shipping address enlisted so that your order is not delayed. Some orders may get delayed because of the slow response from the credit card company.

Credit Card Charge Authorization: We get all charges approved from the credit card companies before shipping. Some orders may get delayed because of the slow response from the credit card company. Some orders might be delayed for 2-3 business days OR more due to the lack / wrong of information provided to us, due to this the orders will not be passed by our verification department till we have contacted the customer and received the full and correct information. Customers will be contacted via email and phone if the billing or verification department requires more information to process your order. Your order status will be visible on the Order Status page and communicated to you via email. Please respond as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary delays.

MuLuMart is also not responsible for Internet, technical, hardware, software, telephone or transmission failures of any kind that may limit a person's ability to place an order. This shipping guarantee does not apply to delays caused by acts beyond MuLuMart's control, such as acts of God, strikes, lockouts or disasters. MuLuMart reserves the right to disqualify any order found to be fraud, unauthorized or disrupting the operation of the website.
